One of the most scenic beaches of Phuket, a compact Paradise Beach, offers stellar views across Patong Bay. It features tropical almonds and palm trees, with majestic, granite rocks at both ends and a coral reef only 100 meters out. There is superb snorkeling in Paradise, exploring three rocky capes and two beaches, which are surrounded by palm trees and tropical almonds. The atmosphere that surrounds Paradise Beach is one that is peaceful and calm due to jet skis not allowed anywhere near the beach. Tourists who wish to visit the beach have to pay a fee of around 200 baht. There are no vendors that sell food along the beach, but there are restaurants that provide food.
Paradise Beach Phuket Club makes up a considerable part of Paradise Beach, where it features shops and restaurants besides offering various activities at a reasonable rate. The variety of activities include snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, and SUP boarding. The reef of 100 meters off the beach is where beginners and experienced divers come to explore while the three rocky capes are where snorkelers indulge in the sport. Those who are not into water sports often delight themselves in playing beach volleyball or simply relaxing under the sun on Paradise Beach. Paradise Beach hosts the Full Moon Festival – Phuket’s biggest beach party! The party is an upscale one with good organization where the locals, tourists, famous DJs and local expats gather on the night of the full moon each month to party all night long on Paradise Beach. Tickets to the party are available at travel agencies or online where a total of around 1,000 baht will get you entrance and a free cocktail.
