Angin beach is the other pink beach in Lombok. It is even more virgin and less visited than Tangsi Beach. The sumptuous pink shades are formed by small pieces of red coral that grow underwater and wash up on shore to mix with the pale, white sands and create this rare, natural phenomenon.
Angin Beach is 2km away from Tangsi Beach. Locals often refer to Angin Beach as Pink Beach #2, while Tangsi Beach is Pink Beach #1. The atmosphere on Angin Beach is both soothing and relaxing, with plenty of scenic photo opportunities and terrific snorkeling in calm and shallow waters off the beach.
